Shipping Policy – TapNSave NFC Cards

Thank you for shopping with TapNSave. This shipping policy explains how we process and deliver orders, applicable charges, tracking, and support information.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12 PM IST may be processed on the same day. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your order using the courier’s website or contact us if delivery updates are delayed.

While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as high-volume periods, carrier issues, or regional disruptions. We advise allowing up to 10 business days before reaching out for assistance if no updates are visible in your tracking link.

7. Cancellation & Modification Requests

Please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. Once the order is processed and dispatched, modifications or cancellations can't be guaranteed but we'll do our best to assist.

8. Returns & Refunds

This policy works in conjunction with our existing Refund Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., product defect, wrong item shipped).
